Need to revise[edit]
Now that Babel system is supported by the server with its own extention (mw:Extension:Babel), we have not to create new Babel templates anymore. For experiment I replaced my own Babel with the extention-supported one, please give a look on my user page. It looks working well.
The older system has still worked out though, we therefore have not to encourage new language users anymore to work on creating their lang babels. I'm reluctant to delete the older one, but what if we rewrite this page from encouragement of new creation to use parser function? It looks to me as intuitive as the former one.
