Balto III: Wings of Change

Once Upon a Studio is a 2023 sequel to Universal Studios' 1995 animated film Disney and others. The film follows the 62 Disney characters going on a journey to help find Walt Disney, their legendary creator.

[to Fungus, He imaginary Friend] I really miss my friends. If I was here, I would’ve had seen all this. They’ve been there for me. And I know that. So fun, we have to think of a choice.: We turn into our friends or will be sitting on our butts. Remember the song? Anything can happen? That’s where I used to think. But you can’t be sitting on your butt the entire time. Our friends need us. I’m up in heaven. You going to think that you’re supposed to keep things alive? You just gotta trust me.

Well, it’s so great to see you all again.

[to Mickey, who has fallen down after attempting To bring Walt Disney to life with his Tread mark Steamboat Willie whistle] Oh, dear. Looks like It’s impossible for a guy to come back to life without a proof of pixie dust.

Dialogue

Boris: Is terrible. I'm going on date with gorgeous goose.

Mickey: Now that is scary.

’’’Minnie’’’: are you ready to date with this one?

’’’Boris’’’: Nope.

Boris: [having apparently succeeded after numerous failed attempts to conquer acrophobia] Ah! What do you know? I am flying. Ha-haaa! I am one hot goose!

Mickey: I'm not sure Stella's gonna see it that way.

[Boris flies past about one foot off the ground]

Balto: [to mail team] This is serious! Now look, that plane is out there somewhere. And we're the only ones who can help!

Kirby: Well, that just proves our point. The difference between a dog and a machine is: dogs are tough and reliable.

Balto: I thought the difference is only one has a heart. Well I'm not gonna let Duke search for Walt Disney, now who's with me? Kodi?

Kodi: I don't know, I'm not sure he's really out there, my job is to deliver the mail.

Balto: I'm sorry you see it that way, son.

Kodi: Dad, wait!

’’’[Balto looked back to see Bridget and King gristle on their motorbike]’’

[Jenna and Mel are waiting for Mickey to arrive outside a store.]

Jenna: [sighs] I wonder how far they are by now.

Mel: Well, assuming they didn't get lost. Or get attacked by bears. Or Balto didn't break his leg. Or the mail didn't fall out of the sled. Or Kodi didn't barf. Or... [Jenna glares at him] Never mind.

[Dipsy appears, dragging a sack of beef jerky.]

Dipsy: Would ya look at what the dog dragged in? Triple A, number one, first quality beef jerky! And did the boring old Gunderson see a thing? Absolutely not. You know, I am getting so good at this, I did scare myself. [takes some out of the bag] Anyone?

Mel: Eat? At a time like this?

Jenna: [sighs] Go ahead, Dipsy.

Dipsy: Thanks. I don't mind if I do.

’’’[After Duke uses cherry pickers to find Mickey, Balto is shocked.]’’

’’’Balto’’’: ‘’[to Kodi]’’ well, I told you, son. Mickey Mouse would show up, everything worked! I am a genius!

’’’Balto’’’: Okay! fine! See if I care! You should’ve listened to my stupid buddies!

’’’Jenna’’’: we’re sorry! We had enough to get you there, we gave you your silly games and you’re idiotic little friends!

’’’Kodi’’’: Uh Oh!

’’’Balto and Jenna’’’: you’re grounded for a week! Go away!

’’’Kodi’’’: that’s fine!

[Balto is talking to the mail dogs about the Walt Disney story]

Balto: He's not the enemy! He's a man! A nice one!

Kodi: But dad, he is the enemy! He wants to take away our jobs, but now he’s about to kill us and get revenge at Disneyland!

Kirby: It's not our fault that Mr. plane's unreliable.

Ralph: Not to mention loud and smelly.

Kirby: Yeah, kinda like you, Ralphie boy!

[The others laugh. Just outside, Mickey is watching from afar.]

’’’Mickey’’’: how could I find my legendary creator!?!

’’’Balto’’’: where is Walt Disney and where is Walt Disney?

’’’Mickey’’’: whelp! There was nothing else to do! Investigate the crash, right?

’’’Balto’’’: but we know about the crash site?

’’’Mickey’’’: I’m right about you and now Duke finds out that he would need someone, a wolf, just like you, Balto, to investigate the crash.

’’’Balto’’’: No, I am secretly part wolf, but only if you do it, then I’m gonna help out Duke with investigations about the crash, and I will find out about this.

’’’Mickey’’’: but what about Boris?

’’’Balto’’’: that’s right, I’m gonna tell Stella that Boris is present at the crash site, meaning that he was like “how can this disaster happen?” And I will see if Duke was using tools to investigate.

’’’Mickey’’’ but the journey was the journey, but that’s all right, I think you should find out if you’re going to see if you could help Duke, it’s like you’re not there.

’’’Balto’’’: but what we’re gonna do if we find out about the crash site, singing songs or roasting marshmallows?

’’’Mickey’’’: oh that’s not funny wolf dog! If the site is too dangerous, you can find somewhere safe where you going to watch the site but it’s not for us ‘’[to Donald]’’ hey Donald! Pull over now!

’’’Donald’’’: I’m on it!

’’[The bus came to a stop, and Mickey and Balto stumble in response]’’

’’’Mickey’’’: Your mail team is going to show the worth, they just believe that Duke is the enemy, but now he was at the crash site, you wanna see it.

’’’Balto’’’: I am not watching the site, I’m going to help someone about clues about what happened, what happened to the crash site!

’’’Mickey’’’: Look, there is nothing we can do to bring back Walt Disney, everybody was still at the studio and I don’t even know if the Disney family was okay, you had met them, so bad, but now let’s give each other some credit.

’’’Balto’’’: ‘’[growls] if you wanna get credit, you should’ve listened to the characters from every Disney movie and I’m trying to help out Duke at the site in the first place. But this time…’’[pulls out a photo]’’ I’m walking out of you!

’’[Balto storms out of the bus, as Mickey picks up the photo showing him with Jenna]’’

’’’Donald’’’: Mickey! What have you done?

’’’[Mickey looks at the photo showing Kodi in the picture]’’

’’’Mickey’’’: this is Kodi, he is Balto’s son and part of the Mail Team. All he wanted to help find Walt Disney, since I don’t know how to bring him back to life.

’’’Goofy’’’: Gawrsh! Balto wants to to be with them, but now he walks out of them to investigate the crash!

’’’Mickey’’’: ‘’[in tears]’’ I thought everybody will show me the way, but I’m sorry! I’m sorry, guys!

’’’Minnie’’’: Mickey, what do you think you’re doing?

’’[Mickey rips the photo of Balto, Jenna, and Kodi, much to Minnie’s frustration]’’

’’’Mickey’’’: But never thought I’ll see him again! Much less here! ‘’[walks away]’’

’’’Minnie’’’: ‘’[stops Mickey from exiting the bus]’’ woah, Mickey, what do you think you’re going?

’’’Mickey’’’: To get the mail team!

’’’Minnie’’’: but the bus stop is this way!

’’’Mickey’’’: but I want to skip the ride and help Kodi! Balto wants to help out Duke and investigate the crash, in order to revive Walt Disney! That’s all he wants!

’’’Minnie’’’: Nope, you’re staying in the bus! But when we get to the bus stop, we’ll head to Downtown Disney and ask someone about the upcoming Disney movie, Balto!

’’’Mickey’’’: But no, Balto is not having a Disney movie! He decided to help out Duke in the crash site with something to prove, but there’s nothing.

’’’Minnie’’’ Mickey, don’t leave, we want to go to downtown, but now…

’’’Mickey’’’: ‘’[breaks free from Minnie’s grasp]’’ JENNA!!!

’’[Mickey storms out of the bus, knowing that he wants to help Jenna]’’

’’’Minnie’’’: get back here!

’’’Bridget’’’: wow Grissie! I have never seen anyone get kicked out of a waterpark like that!

’’’King Gristle’’’: well hold up there! All right, but before the record, it was actually the waterslide that “”ripped”” off my trunks!

’’’Bridget’’’: Ohh, so hot! ‘’’[sniffs something]’’’ wait a minute! Did you smell french fries!!!
