This is the talk page for discussing improvements to the Amit Goswami page.

[edit]

The links under "Articles about Amit Goswami" are not actually about Goswami at all, they're more about the views of those who oppose his theories and position on consciousness as it relates to downward causality. Therefore, I will remove them. - Siddhi Powers

Such links were entirely appropriate, and I have restored what links were still active at this date. ~ Kalki·· 09:12, 19 June 2014 (UTC)Reply

prod

[edit]

I removed the prod tag, as though the article which once existed at Wikipedia was deleted in April 2012, based on an assessment that the 4 votes to delete were well informed and the 5 votes to keep were misinformed, and has since been automatically deleted two more times based upon that decision in 2012, I do not accept that decision as entirely appropriate, nor the automatic deletions based upon it, and in any event, such decisions are not automatically binding on articles here. The observations this person makes are such as succinctly summarize some of those becoming common among mystics assessing new information provided by modern physics, and modern physicists assessing insights of ancient mysticism, in recent decades. ~ Kalki·· 09:00, 19 June 2014 (UTC)Reply

At first sight I seem to approve here (with the removal of the prod-tag), based on the fact that his work is significantly cited in third party sources accoring to Google Scholar, see here -- Mdd (talk) 10:04, 19 June 2014 (UTC)Reply
