NPOV concerns

Given the second article in 24 hours on state politics by an anon. IP I am concerned about NPOV. I have nothing specific, it would take a lot of work to verify the claims and to verify the neutrality. And the anon. Thank you for expressing your concern on this article, and also earlier on the topic of Denazification. ‎I see absolutely no conflict here. Naturally the quotes of this intellectual professor Anatol Lieven, reflect his opinions. The notable people quoted on wikiquotes all have POVs and express their POVs in their words. Removal of Responsible Statecraft quotes

Responsible Statecraft is the magazine of Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft which is a magazine of the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft of which Anatol Lieven is a fellow. I am minded a secondary or tertiary reference would be appropriate in this circumstance. I have therefore removed these quotes but they may be re-introduced if supported by a tertiary reference. Doing this would mean I would be more comfortable with removal of {{npov}} following some tweaking of other cites where the publications have appropriate Wikipedia articles.
