Whilst this is unlikely a hoax, since the author is mentioned in a printed scholarly book, still I doubt its quotability. "The quotes about" might be just results of random Google Books search, and I am not sure their significance. Specially the second quote-about is not themed on this author, only mentions peripherally. Just for information the JAWP categories on 1703 birth w:ja:Category:1703生 and 1740 death w:ja:Category:1740没 seemsnot to include this author. --Aphaia (talk) 03:18, 21 August 2021 (UTC)
