Should the Ivanov angle be mentioned on wikquote?

The main reason I suddenly remembered this historical scandal was the suspicion that a a Soviet naval attaché was involved, something that may have some parallels in current events. Should Ivanov be mentioned in the intro? Ottawahitech (talk) 22:16, 12 October 2020 (UTC)

In my opinion, it is sufficient that those details are contained on the WP page, to which this page links, but if anyone feels strongly that this connection should be mentioned, I would not oppose it. We just need to balance the need to fully explain a topic without having too large an intro. For the most part, here we try to summarize the topic and leave details to WP. ~ UDScott (talk) 13:34, 13 October 2020 (UTC)
