If we add this to Paulo Cohelo's Page it would be better for somebody to cross reference. However, if we make it and leave it on its on page and somebody searches; 'Alchemist Quotes' It would be a lot easier to find. That is my perspective on the topic. I think the point is that a number of quotes for this book are already on the Paulo Coelho page and these quotes should be checked against those for redundancy. I don't have a problem having a separate page for this book if there are enough quotes to do so (after combing the list of quotes from the two pages), with a link to it from the author's page. ~ UDScott (talk) 21:03, 16 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I agree the material is too much to add to Paulo Coelho's page, and is in need of formatting cleanups. What is usually done is a few sample quotes are left in a section on the author's page, with links for more quotes from works with their own pages provided there. ~ Kalki·· 21:09, 16 February 2012 (UTC) + tweaks[reply]
The page had only three quotes when it was first tagged to be merged.[1] It has grown so much in the meantime that merging in the other direction would be better, so I am switching the tag to {{mergefrom}}.~ Ningauble (talk) 15:15, 17 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
