- No. The United States Congress is made up of the Senate and the House of Representatives. But to make matters more confusing, those in the House of Representatives are usually referred to as 'Congressmen' or 'Congresswomen'. ~ UDScott (talk) 20:29, 13 January 2021 (UTC)
