It seems to me that a sizable proportion of quotes on this page are anti-Ukraine posts from relatively obscure media sources. --JohnDziak (talk) 16:22, 2 April 2022 (UTC)
Two notable & relevant quotes (#1 & 2 below) were removed by GreenMeansGo who commented: "More selectively edited quotes after being warned repeatedly against this, citing quotes regarding living persons to primary sources, duplicating quotes, not pithy or memorable, not by notable writers."

- GMG - Once again, your allegations are false. You have repeatedly falsely suggested that i change the meaning of quotes, and duplicate quotes. That you view the material as "not pithy or memorable" is your personal opinion. The fact that many millions are interested in the work of Oliver Stone, the situation in Ukraine, and the involvement of the United States, Viktor Medvedchuk, & Vladimir Putin contradicts your claims.
History has been & is being made by these people. The 'quotes" do in fact meet the wp Notability criteria: A notable topic, easily verified, "that has have gained sufficiently significant attention by the world at large and over a period of time, and are not outside the scope of Wikipedia."
- Thanks for all your good work, but your unsubtantiated claims and attempts to censor vital information is not good work. You are mistaken and are apparently a good soldier, but clearly on the wrong side of history on this.
- Please review the following guidelines, bear in mind the pertinent facts, do not tell lies about editors who you do not see eye to eye with, and remember that it is very disappointing to see people using fair words, pretending to follow rules, while actually attempting to censor & control others.

- It's not clear exactly how you have squared 1) leaving a comment here indicating that I am an agent of vile censorship, and 2) reinserted the content with an edit summary indicating that I removed the content by accident. On its face, at least one of these two statement would necessarily be false.
- At least three others have already explained to you that you should not selectively edit news stories in order to insert your summaries as quotes, and at least one of them have threatened to block you for it.
- One of the quotes is from a YouTube video, which is not appropriate for content about living persons, and is in no way a notable publication. The other is selectively edited to remove the only actual quote from the passage, is not from a notable person (the piece isn't even credited, much less credited to a notable writer), and as has already been explained multiple times, is not really a quote at all, but an attempt to summarize a news story. These types of summaries, if appropriate, and as has already been explained by others, should go on Wikinews, and not Wikiquote, because they are news, and not quotes.
- Whether you feel that a page on Wikiquote has grand political and historical significance is irrelevant. Wikiquote is not a vehicle for promoting a political agenda, as has already been explained to you. If doing so is your only purpose here, then you should go elsewhere.
