WQ has an article 2023 Israel-Hamas war and another about War crimes. No other war in human history has a spin-off article to showcase one side accusing the other of war crimes. Per Help:Starting_a_new_page: "For theme articles, it is especially important to first check for existing articles that might reasonably contain the quotes you wish to add. If a topic builds up enough quotes to merit its own article, it can always be "spun off" later."
