Yes i agree with you. But I have a compelling reason. This user is supported by the top administrators of Persian Wikipedia. Money is at stake. The user is supported by one of the administrators and removes or deflects the discussion if I make it to the English wiki. The problem was that I was blocked for a small matter four years ago and these people accused me of breaking the rules. However, this user who is a friend of his own has repeatedly violated the law in 2019 and 2020 (not many years ago). My point was that if the laws were to be followed, everyone had to be equal before the law and justice was to be done. But these people prevented me from hearing my voice.

I ask you to help me bring justice against wicked Wikipedian. I do not have to create an account in English according to your own rules. So I ask that you report this user to the admins who has the authority to review it now. Because I can't.
