Lores of Halkyn/speedy deletions.

Hi, I notice you tagged Lores of Halkyn for speedy deletion, citing the speedy deletion tag on the Wikipedia page, which claims that the subject is non-notable. Unlike Wikipedia, however, Wikiquote's current speedy deletion policy does not provide for speedy deletion for pages with non-notable subjects; such pages have to go through our Votes for deletion process.
