Married... with Children (1987–1997) was an American sitcom, airing on the FOX network, about a dysfunctional family living in Chicago: Al, a former high school football great now working as a women's shoe salesman; Peg, a lazy, money-grubbing, sexually frustrated, bon-bon eating stay-at-home mom with a sarcastic streak; Bud, the dateless, Machiavellian son; Kelly, the dumb blonde, sexually promiscuous daughter; and Buck, the family dog and only other family member who's lazier than Peg.
