Born in a humble family in Gujarat, my parents raised me to be honest, dignified, multi-faceted young person committed to Excellence. These values persisted through my adult years as I completed my MSW, PGDHRD, PGD IRPM from MS University Baroda and embarked on an career as an HR professional. My forte is deep understanding of technology, employee development and Talent Management. I am grateful to several Mentors including my Managers through various assignments for their astuteness in spotting talent, for their generosity in giving me the right opportunities to learn and perform and for giving me the visibility to shine in various leadership positions. I was Head of HR Department at the age of 30 and became Chief Human Resource Office at 40 Yrs age. I have loved all the companies I have worked for, always given my best to all that I have done, remained committed to all that made me happy- my parents, family, brother, movies, sports, travel and never compromised on any fun because I was pursuing a serious career. I gave my best whether in job, sports (sea swimming, triathlon played Indian national games) or studies. I have built strong networks both inside and outside the organizations and have always earned love and respect through the commitment, results, quality of my work, through my honest support to the betterment of others and through passion and energy which I believe is contagious. As a professional I am committed to improving in innovative ways, individual, team and organisational performance through the effective investment in the development of human capital. My mantra : live life at the fullest
