The edits from 62.162.74.136 (talk · contributions) give me a strong impression that you are trying to do some log out edits, especially in a vfd discussion. This is a blatant violation of w:WP:SOCKPUPPETRY I've blocked that IP and leave your account to other sysops. -Lemonaka 12:25, 12 December 2023 (UTC)
Being "notable" in wikis is a technical matter; many interesting and important people are not wiki "notable"[edit]
To be "notable" for Wikipedia one typically needs 2 or more detailed articles about you in reliable sources that are "independent" of you and of each other. That is a high bar to reach. It is probably easier and makes more sense to get some stories about yourself into a newspaper or magazine, rather than trying to get Wikipedia to consider you "notable" in the absence of external evidence.
