I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article Kissi Agyebeng, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but it may not satisfy Wikiquote's criteria for inclusion, for the reasons given in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikiquote is not" and Wikiquote's deletion policy).

Get articles into proper shape on enWikiquote before sitelinking from Wikidata

Please ensure in future you get articles into a reasonable state here to proper standards on English Wikiquote before you start linking them from Wikidata. In essence if you are experienced enough to be contributing to Wikidata you are expected to be experienced enough not to disruptively leave an article here in this state.
