As for me, I consider my identity in Wikimedia public, but am not sure about your attitude, whether do you tolerate mentioning your given name and the full surname. @Incnis Mrsi: I don’t think there’s any aspect of my presence and identity in WMF projects that needs fixing. I just prefer, both on theoretical grounds and out of sheer laziness, to keep related discussions in the same place they pertain to, when possible. As for e-mail, well, one of my addresses is easy to guess, and most other are public record, but I may take even longer to comopose a reply therein. All that said, I already expressed publicly my opinion concerning your block on Commons, and there is not really much, if anything, I could further do. Tuvalkin (talk) 14:07, 2 October 2019 (UTC)
