The intro needs to be updated[edit]

I am not seeing any indication of either of these with any of these quotes. They appear to be a grab-bag of random sources, from non-notable speakers, not eliciting further quotation at all. You are making arguments about the Wikipedia definition of notability for inclusion in a Wikipedia article. Wikiquote is not Wikipedia. Wikiquote is not an encyclopedia, it is a collection of notable quotes. What makes a quote notable is the identity of the author and the degree to which it has actually been quoted in sources beyond its original publication. I don't know that it necessarily is, but Danny Altmann is at least a notable immunologist with a Wikipedia page, and is being quoted in this article by it's author, rather than merely being the author of the article.
